Check list Erasmus+ students
Before departure
- Read reports from other students who have participated in the Erasmus+ exchange programme.
- Apply for Scholarship when you have the Learning Agreement signed by the receiving institution.
- Send an email to introduce yourself to the International Coordinator/Erasmus Coordinator at the receiving institution.
- Arrange with accommodation.
- Fill in the document Important Information – during studies abroad, submit and print a copy to bring with you.
- Make sure that you are aware of the coverage of the insurances arranged by the Swedish Red Cross University and of your private insurances.
- Bring European Health Insurance Card with you.
- Bring the Learning Agreement with you.
- Bring the document Certificate of attandance and the Certificate of arrival with you.
Upon arrival
- Show the Learning Agreement to your supervisor and mentor.
- Certificate of arrival should be signed by the partner institution and sent to the international team at the Swedish Red Cross University at ic@rkh.se.
One week after your second placement has started
- Send an email to the international team at the Swedish Red Cross University to inform about the exchange etc.
At the arrival back home
- Do an MRSA-test before going out in clinical placement.
- Make an appointment with international team at the Swedish Red Cross University to be able to have an evaluation of your Erasmus+ exchange period as soon as possible after arrival back home.
- Fill out the EU online survey and when that is completed you will get the remaining 30% of your Erasmus scholarship.
- Send your signed certificate of attandane (that you have received on e-mail from the international teaam at the Swedish Red Cross University) to ic@rkh.se.
- Send your transcript of records from the partner university to the international team at the Swedish Red Cross University to ic@rkh.se.
